There is some dullness on the pedals, consistent with age.

This is a Kawai upright piano, model K2.
It is a compact type that does not feel overwhelming.
My daughter used it.
She used it for several years, and even after she stopped using it, it was tuned and dehumidified for storage.
I would be happy if someone else could use it.

As I am considering selling it, it is not currently tuned. (Tuning will be necessary after transport.)
For this listing, I had the tuner I always use check the condition.
They reported no issues at this time.
The tuner has confirmed the sound of all keys.

It is located on the first floor of a detached house.
We cannot assist with moving it out.
If you are arranging your own transport, please come with an adequate number of people.
We recommend hiring professional movers for piano transport.

If you wish to include shipping, the price will be adjusted after obtaining a quote.
In that case, we will use the moving company recommended by our tuner.
