Pretty agenda/planner by kate spade new york! Hard to find cherry red leather exterior with zip around closure. Interior has a magenta satin-type lining, with tan leather card slots and pockets. Does have light wear, including two thin lines on front from opening, and light marks inside - all are highlighted in photos. Measures 5 x 7. Binder rings open and close easily.
