The difference between men's and women's items is the collar opening.
The seller (female) tried one on herself and found that it can be worn with kimono dressing.
Undergarments are not meant to fit snugly against the skin, so we believe it's fine to wear with a relaxed fit.
However, there's a higher chance of the undergarment's collar showing through the kimono's collar opening, so you'll need to be mindful of that or consider sewing the collar opening of the undergarment.
