Description
Vernonware by Metlox #1279 California Country Cottage Style Teapot This listing is for a Vernonware teapot pattern number 1279 by Metlox. Produced in California. To preserve its vintage charm, it is recommended that this teapot be hand washed only, ensuring that its intricate design is not damaged by harsh cleaning chemicals. It is ceramic with some crazing in the glaze due to age. Possibly from the 50s-60s. Definitely has that country farmhouse style to it. It is used with some crazing and wear with the tiniest pinhole size chip on the spout tip. Please be sure to check all photos for reference. Items are sold AS IS.
