This is the Tales of Vesperia Premium Pack for the XBOX360 console.

I purchased this item used several years ago.
The following included items are either replacements or missing:
- The controller is wired, not wireless.
- Media remote is missing.
- LAN cable is missing.
- X box Live 1-month Gold Membership is not included.

The console and game software have been confirmed to boot up.
The controller also operated normally.

As shown in the images, the outer box has some dirt and damage due to age.
I believe the included game, faceplate, and script replica are in relatively good condition.
