【Rare】Kuhn & Hoyer Bolero 6.4, Large Bore
K&H BOLERO
Rim Inner Diameter: 25.90mm
Bore: 6.4mm
This is a mouthpiece that is very easy to play from low to high notes.
It is in beautiful condition, having only been test played.
It came with an instrument I purchased, but I found another mouthpiece that suits me better, so I would like to pass this one on to someone who can use it.
This is a rare item that is not often seen, but the playing feel is rather light. Personally, I feel it has a similar feel to YAMAHA mouthpieces.
In photos 5-7, I have placed the Bolero next to a Bach 6 1/2 AL on the right for easy comparison.
*The Bach 6 1/2 AL is not included with this item. It is only placed here for comparison purposes.
I was told by a music store that the name Bolero was chosen with the intention of creating a mouthpiece that could easily play the famous trombone solo in Ravel's Bolero.
