This springform pan features a removeable bottom and side latch that expands the rim for esy removeable of the baked item.  This pan is made of carbon steel with anon-stick coating for smooth release and easy cleaning.  The pan measures approximately 8 ½” x 3”.  There are no scratches, dents and/or stains anywhere on this pan.  The latch mechanism is fully functioning.  {A springform pan is a type of bakeware that features sides that can be removed from the base. Springform refers to the construction style of this pan. The base and the sides are separate pieces that are held together when the base is aligned with a groove that rings the bottom of the walls.
