It has slits on either side and CZ or other simulated diamond in the center that is approximately .50 CTW. The stone is really gorgeous! It is signed Uncas and G.F. Size 11. ✨Will arrive boxed or in a jewelry pouch. ✨Includes a complimentary polishing cloth. Do not use strong polishing creams, as the gold will wear off
