The buckle design with its softly sculpted edges is consistent with that time period. The fabric is unknown. The belt has a slightly rough, textured finish. The contrast stitch is tan with strong yellow undertones.  Pre-owned/good vintage condition/some yellowing on the back from age, aged pewter tone finish on buckle, slight signs of wear around buckle on the back.
