This is a used men's haori himo (traditional Japanese jacket cord). It is a round braid in brown. An S-hook is not included.
As it has been stored for a long time, there may be some age-related deterioration. There is fraying at the base of the tassel.
The loop for attaching the ring is broken and missing.
