Louis Vuitton 1989 Elise Trifold Wallet Stamp 8905 AN with COA

Pictured here we have a Louis Vuitton Monogram Elise Wallet, a classic and trifold wallet that features the iconic Louis Vuitton Monogram canvas leather. This vintage style is known for its practicality, often including card slots, a bill compartment, and snap closures. The wallet also comes with an original LV pull-out box (5 3/4 x 5 x 1 5/8) and a matching dust bag.  The wallet features snap closures on both sides, on one side there are 2 open slots for coins, and the other side has 1 dedicated card slot, and 2 long slots for bank notes. It's only call out is some lost paint on the front snap surface (see cover picture).  The stamp date on this wallet is 8905 AN that indicates its manufacturing details, specifically the year, month, and country of origin. According to the Louis Vuitton date code system the first two numbers represent the year of manufacturing, in this case 1989 confirming the wallet is vintage. The next two numbers represents the month, the 05 meaning the month of May. The letters AN indicate that the wallet corresponds to a factory located in France.  The bag also comes with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA).
