MCM Teal Swirl Optic Flared Glass Vase Blenko Style Pilgrim Rainbow Kanawha

This mid-century modern handblown art glass vase features a vibrant teal colorway with a distinct interior swirl optic pattern. The dramatic flared, wavy rim gives it a look highly reminiscent of 1970s Blenko, Pilgrim, or Rainbow glass. It's so close to 1970s Blenko in Surf Green, but the pontil doesn't reflect Blenko. It continues to be a mystery - but this would layer in with any MCM glass collection. • Brand: Unbranded • Type: Vase • Material: Hand Blown Glass • Color: Teal Blue • Height: 11 • Condition: Excellent Excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or flea bites. The glass remains clear with light shelf wear scuffing on the base and a localized superficial scuff near the upper rim. There is a spot on the rim that looks like someone had etching material on their hand and grabbed the vase - as there are remnants of a fingerprint (see the 3rd image). This is believed to have happened at the time of production. We carefully select every item and believe in transparency. In the case of vintage or pre-owned items, we don't always know their full history, but we have high standards and won't list or sell anything we wouldn't use ourselves. All items come from a smoke-free home. ## Blenko Style, Pilgrim Glass, Rainbow Glass, Kanawha Glass, Swirl Optic, Teal Art Glass, Flared Trumpet Vase, Hand Blown Glass, West Virginia Glass, Mid Century Modern, Aqua Blue Vase, Vintage Flared Vase ##
