Description
Nice vintage and hard-to-find 1973 Pyrex OCEAN FILIGREE covered casserole dish complete with lid and green acrylic cradle. Officially called Español, this 2 1/2 quart casserole, #475, was included in the 1973 spring gift collection with a light green plastic hugger cradle. The casserole is a solid periwinkle blue with a white opal ware lid decorated with a light green and periwinkle design. Bowl is in very nice condition, with a few light scratches mostly on one side as seen in the last photo. The cradle has some cracks on the backside of the base and under one handle, but they haven't affected the stability of the carrier. Both the bowl and lid colors are bright and shiny. Turn the cracks in the cradle to the back and it will display beautifully!
