Ideal for easy vehicle access by simply inserting stem into your 2 trailer hitch receiver. We manufacture Otto Step, this step has not been used, however the customer drilled a hole in the stem for pin placement then sent it back to us and we cannot sell it as new product. Please see photo of stem, you can see repair and this does not compromise the safety of this step. Thank you for looking, we have more at this price which will be sold as seconds.
