This is a goshuin (temple/shrine seal) from Hayachine Shrine, located on Mount Hayachine, one of the Tono Sanzan (Three Mountains of Tono) and one of Japan's Top 100 Mountains. The main deity enshrined here is Princess Seoritsu-hime (Seoritsu-hime no Mikoto).

Hayachine Shrine (Hayachine Jinja), which enshrines the sacred Mount Hayachine, a spiritual peak towering north of Tono City, Iwate Prefecture, is said to be the birthplace of the Zashiki-warashi (house spirit).
The shrine boasts a long history dating back to 806 AD, and it also attracts many worshippers as a shrine where Zashiki-warashi are said to reside.
Every year on April 29th, the Zashiki-warashi Prayer Festival is held.
