Hamamatsu Festival, Tokiwa-cho Happi Coat

Used for several years and stored at home long-term.
I participated over 20 years ago, so this has been stored for quite a long time. It has not been washed since the last time it was used and dry-cleaned.
There is some fading. There are no major tears, but there are a few teeth marks where my cat bit the bag from above (though I don't think they are very noticeable).
I believe the fabric is indigo-dyed, but please forgive me if I am mistaken.
I don't think there is a strong musty smell, but I would appreciate it if you understand that this is a used item and has been stored for a long time before purchasing.
