18.47 $
Description
?? A set of 6 mini glasses made of amber glass with holders, released by Densho Co., Ltd. in Osaka, which handled tourist souvenirs and gifts in the late 1970s (around 1979).
?? This is a very rare dead stock item (from that era) with its original box still intact.
?? [Historical Value & Features]
The inside bottom of the outer box is printed with rare campaign slogans from just before the 1980 Moscow Olympics, such as Moscow Olympics Mark Present and Now the eyes of sportsmen are on Moscow.
This collector's item allows you to feel the Olympic fervor of the time, which became a phantom due to Japan's boycott, and the turbulent history of the Showa era.
?? The glasses themselves are made of amber glass with a bubbly texture, and are fitted with beautiful metal holders adorned with a rose crest relief, exuding a Showa retro atmosphere.
?? The orientation of the handles is reversed every three glasses.
*Please refer to the photos.
?? [Size]
- Height: Approx. 6 cm
- Diameter: Approx. 4.8 cm
