Perfect for mizuya (tea ceremony preparation) work, such as during tea ceremony practice, or as rainwear for kimono on rainy or snowy days. Also ideal for car rides or travel, it protects your kimono and allows for easy movement. You can act without worrying about your kimono's hem.
Made from polyester, it's easy to care for and can be worn year-round.
The ties cross over the obi (sash), so please avoid tightening them too much.
For wearing instructions, please refer to images 6 and 7. With the kimono in the state shown in image 5, insert your legs from behind, cross the ties behind you, and tie them in front.
When putting them on, it's easier to walk if you slightly lift the hem of your kimono to about knee-level before inserting your legs.
