Also, the weight will change after milling.
As a guideline, if approximately 10kg of brown rice is milled, it will be about 10% less, resulting in 9kg.
Even with rinse-free rice, lightly rinsing with water will make it even more delicious!

For shipping, the milled rice will be placed in a rice bag, then into a Yamato Transport dedicated cardboard box before shipping.
We store the rice at low temperatures to maintain freshness.
While there is no strict expiration date for rice, we recommend consuming it within 3 months after milling. This is purely a personal opinion.
