Stored in a cool, dark place, milled in April of Year 8.
This is 7.2kg of mochi rice, directly from the farmer, characterized by its sticky texture.

I milled it when the timing was right, but I don't have many opportunities to use mochi rice, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who can enjoy it while it's still delicious.
