Imari Ware Coffee Drip Pot Ceramic Imari ware Coffee

This item is a rare, out-of-print product discovered during a recent organization of a rental storage unit over Golden Week.

It is a large Imari Coffee Drip Pot, designed for 3-4 cups, manufactured by Lucky Coffee Machine (a group company of UCC COFFEE).

This is an Imari ware Coffee dripper, ceramics pottery.

Back in 1998, I used to buy coffee beans at the UCC Cafe Mercato JR Kyoto Isetan store, located in the newly completed JR Kyoto Station Building. I saw this dripper displayed in the store and was so taken with it that I impulsively bought it.

As this is a product no longer available, I believe it to be a very rare dripper.
It is made of thick Arita ware, giving it a substantial weight, and has a capacity suitable for around 4 cups.

The condition is perfect, having only been handled for photography. It has been stored sealed in a cardboard box in an air-conditioned indoor rental unit, so the outer box and all other accessories are also in new condition, with no fading, damage, or dents.
