◆ Notes
?Prices are not set with negotiation in mind.
?We handle many large-sized plants. If you wish to purchase multiple items, please comment in advance to confirm if combined shipping is possible.
?The actual plant shown in the photos will be shipped. As plants are living organisms, their condition changes daily. The appearance may differ from the photos, and there may be damage, discoloration, or partial leaf wilting not visible in the photos. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to these issues.
?Due to its growth habit, the plant may spread horizontally and droop, potentially resulting in a lower height than measured.
?We do not offer compensation for wilting or shipping-related issues.
?Please understand that we cannot guarantee the variety, flower color, sex, etc., as this information is based on the supplier's details.
?Branches, leaves, flowers, or fruits may break or fall during packaging or transportation. Minor pruning may also occur during packaging.
?If the plant is root-bound, please plant it promptly without removing the root-bound material. The root-bound material is made of burlap and hemp string, which will decompose in the soil.
?We cannot issue receipts.
