Grown using natural farming methods, so no pesticides or fertilizers are used.
No chemical fertilizers whatsoever.

An Italian variety originating from Abruzzo, on the Adriatic coast of Southern Italy.

Vigorous growth, producing many elongated fruits.
The bright green skin has shallow vertical grooves.
Harvesting is recommended when fruits reach 45cm in length; they grow very large.
Harvesting at under 30cm is also possible.
Occasionally, fine fuzz may be present.
For straight fruits, hanging cultivation on a trellis is recommended.

Pale green with ridges, the skin is thin and does not need to be peeled.
Characterized by a mild, non-bitter taste.
The fruit resembles a cucumber in appearance,
but it is the same species as cantaloupe and other melons.
When ripe, it turns orange and has a faint, sweet melon aroma.

Enjoy fresh in summer salads!
