This is a manual air release/suction pump.
The air inlet is 2cm (see images 7 & 8), and there are spiral grooves around the outer circumference (image 6).
I'm not sure if there's a demand for this kind of item, but I'm considering disposing of it, so I've listed it in case someone needs it.

It is an unopened, unused item, but due to its storage period, there are signs of deterioration and dirt. (Images 9-13)
