How to Make a Mugwort Bath (Mugwort Hot Spring)
★ Boil in a pot
Place the mugwort in a pot, add enough water to cover it, and boil. Simmer over medium heat for about 5-10 minutes. It's ready when the aroma rises and the water is colored.
Add the boiled liquid to the bathwater
Add the boiled liquid and mugwort to the bathtub and mix well before bathing.
★ You can also add it directly to the bath.
Since it's only dried herbs, it will float in the water. Gently knead it with your hands to help release the essence.
* Be careful not to knead too hard, as the bag may tear.

Precautions:
* Please refrain from use if you have allergies to chrysanthemum family plants or mugwort.

* This is not a cosmetic or pharmaceutical product.
* Not for consumption.

Please note that we may use recycled materials for packaging.
