*Yu-Packet Post has weight restrictions of 2kg and dimensions of 34cm or less for the longest side and 60cm or less for the sum of three sides. Therefore, even 80 Churu sticks are already a tight fit in terms of size. 120 sticks would be even more so. For example, 3 bags of 120 sticks alone weigh approximately 1990g. Since the post office is very strict about size and weight limits, we will use OPP bags and other methods to make the package as compact as possible and as light as possible to ship. We understand that the packaging may be quite tight, but this is done to reduce shipping costs and to offer Churu at a lower price, especially during this period of rising prices. We ask for your understanding and purchase only if you agree with this. We pack each item with care and attention, so we kindly ask for your understanding.
*Since this is a Yu-Packet Post shipment, if it does not fit in your mailbox, it may be left at your doorstep, delivered in person, or a delivery attempt notice may be left for you to pick it up. If your mailbox is small, it may not fit. If a delivery attempt notice is left, please contact the post office to arrange a delivery time and date to ensure you receive the package.
*We will do our best to ship on weekends and holidays for the buyer's convenience, but we may also take days off.
*To prevent damage from heat as much as possible, we will drop off the package at the post office just in time for collection.
*Please request bulk purchases of 4 sets or more. We cannot offer discounts as the shipping costs will offset any savings.
*Discount requests will be ignored and deleted without reply.
*Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
