In Mongolia, sheep are grazed at a rate of about six times the human population. They are widely used for felt in gers, as lining for traditional winter clothing called deel, and for felt products. They are also indispensable in traditional cuisine. Goats, when grazed alongside sheep, act as leaders of the flock.
This is a precious teacup featuring goats and sheep, essential to Mongolia. It is a traditional item, and we were only able to purchase one by chance, so items like this are apparently very difficult to obtain.
I am listing this item as I have not had the opportunity to use it.
