【Excellent Condition】 Wooden Shredder Slicer for Fine Julienne
17.16 $
Description
This shirishiri grater allows you to quickly julienne carrots, daikon radish, and other vegetables.
The grated surface has a rough texture, which helps flavors penetrate better.
I also have a larger-mouthed wooden shirishiri grater, but I only used this thinner type once.
Since it's made of wood, you can use it directly on the bottom of a frying pan without scratching the pan. It also fits comfortably in your hand.
It has been carefully stored after washing.
Please check the images for signs of use.
As it is made of wood, hanging it for storage is recommended.
Size (please note these are amateur measurements):
Length: Approx. 28cm (including handle)
Width: Approx. 8cm
Thickness of wooden part: Approx. 8mm
Hole diameter: Approx. 3mm
This is from Higashiho Kogyo Co., Ltd., which went out of business in 2021.
