Purchased in July 2023 and used a few times, but I'm selling it as I don't have many opportunities to use it.
The contents are everything shown in the image.

Perfect size and sharpness for 1/4 cut cabbage.
This is an exceptionally sharp slicer packed with the know-how of knife making from Seki City, Gifu Prefecture, a renowned cutlery production area.
It easily creates uniformly thin shredded cabbage, which is difficult with a regular knife, allowing you to easily make fluffy shredded cabbage just like you get at a restaurant.
Additionally, the newly developed flexible holder conforms to the size and shape of the food, allowing you to safely slice food down to the very end. It is loved and used in tonkatsu restaurants nationwide.
