Description

These are seed yams from Tanba, delicious when grated.
I received them from a farmer but have extras, so I'm listing them.
The image is a sample. It shows two yams, but you will receive one. Please consider approximately 500g as a guideline.
For planting, cut the seed yam into pieces of about 50-100g each. To prevent rot, dry the cut surfaces or dust them with lime before planting. Harvest after the vines have completely withered in autumn. Grated yam with barley rice is delicious.
