Description
Japanese Honey Bee Hive - 3-Tier + 1-Tier Breeding Box - Handmade - Free Shipping

This is a unique, carefully crafted box that can be used for capturing, breeding, and relocating Japanese honey bees.

Structure: Tiered Box Style
Approximate parts: 70 pieces, Screws: 200 pieces used

■ Top Section
Rain cover (polycarbonate corrugated sheet), Top frame, Top board (slatted), Connecting frame

■ Connecting Frame
15mm thick cedar board. Inner dimensions per tier: 23cm x 23cm x 15cm
Includes an I-shaped comb drop prevention bar that can be pulled out with pliers during honey harvesting.

■ Bottom Section
Front partially opens for internal inspection.
Removable bottom board for easy cleaning.
Includes a wedge for adjusting the entrance height.

By removing 2 connecting frames, it can be used as a portable box.
Please separately arrange the *Kinryouhen* (a type of orchid attractive to bees) and place it in front of the box.
If 4-5 scout bees arrive,
and if you're lucky, a large swarm of Japanese honey bees may descend!
Other know-how is also available.

This box has a proven track record of attracting Japanese honey bees!
Currently, bees are being raised and honey has been harvested!

If the bees that move in are vigorous, adding 2 more tiers so that the bees are visible all the way to the bottom will allow for high-quality honey to be harvested from the top tier.

For first-time users:
■ Please be sure to search online for (Japanese honey bee swarming) and understand the process *before* purchasing.
■ Please note that they are believed to not inhabit Okinawa or Hokkaido (based on my information).
■ This can cause problems with neighbors in densely populated residential areas.
■ Not suitable for individuals with anaphylaxis.
■ This is purely a hobby for beekeeping.

▲ The exterior has been slightly torched this time.
▲ Beeswax has been applied to the bottom board and slatted board this time.
▲ Includes instructions.
