Low-Pressure Continuous Suction Device [Handmade] Full Set Ready to Use

This is a low-pressure continuous suction device (saliva suction device) that can be powered by USB.
I cared for my wife, who has ALS, for nearly 9 years. I was not satisfied with existing continuous suction devices, so I started making my own, and after 2-3 years of repeated improvements, it has reached its current form. The caregivers and PTs who helped us at home also liked it, and they encouraged me to sell it, so I decided to list it.

● How to Use
The first photo shows everything included in the listing. Connect as shown in Photo 1, have the user hold the catheter in their mouth, and plug the USB charger into an outlet to operate.
The second photo shows how we used it at home. We attached the suction pump, saliva bottle, and mobile battery together with a carabiner and S-hook to the wheelchair handle or the side rail of the care bed.
* Carabiners, S-hooks, bottle holders, etc., are not included, so please prepare them yourself.

● Other Features
As shown in Photo 3, the control circuit has a small switch and a cap. Each time you press the switch, it toggles between Power Mode and Normal Mode. Power Mode can be used as a simple suction device to aspirate saliva from the mouth.
When you remove the cap, there is a volume dial that allows you to adjust the power in Normal Mode with a precision screwdriver.
Photo 4 is an enlarged view of the saliva suction catheter. A core wire is inserted into a regular catheter, and multiple holes are made near the tip to prevent it from sticking to the inside of the mouth. Please bend the core wire to fit the user's mouth and use it in the optimal position.

Please only purchase if you understand and agree to the following points.
* This is not a medical device.
* This device is for continuous suction of saliva from the mouth. Do not use for suctioning inside the nasal cavity or tracheostomy tube. Do not use for any other purpose.
* If there is a risk of aspirating saliva, do not use alone. Always have a caregiver present who can respond, such as by suctioning, if the suction pump stops. We are not responsible for aspiration accidents due to pump failure.
* The suction pump has a limited lifespan. It lasts approximately 1 month with 24-hour operation. It will stop working when its lifespan is reached. We also sell replacement suction pumps individually.
