■ Material:
Made from a proprietary blend of thermoplastic elastomer (synthetic resin) developed by the manufacturer, Techno Tsukihoshi Co., Ltd. It is soft, with a good feel on knives like a wooden cutting board, and its elasticity makes it resistant to knife marks.
It is strong and returns to its original shape even when bent.

It is non-absorbent, so it drains well and is resistant to stains.
It dries with just a wipe of a cloth, making it easy to prevent germ growth.
It is also resistant to food residue and color stains, and does not retain odors.
Can be bleached with chlorine bleach.
Can also be sterilized by boiling or hot water.

■ Antibacterial Treatment:
Cutting boards should be used hygienically.
This product has undergone antibacterial treatment and displays the SIAA mark.
Based on the results of standard testing methods and test bacteria, it has been determined to have an antibacterial efficacy of 99% or higher.

The antibacterial agent is kneaded into the material, so the antibacterial effect lasts.
It inhibits the growth of germs, allowing for clean use.
