For square or wide cages, two covers are used, one from the back and one from the front.

For cages with external food and water dispensers, or cages with irregular shapes that make it difficult to create sleep covers ☆

In winter, it also helps with cold protection, so two covers are used even for round or hanging types.

* The cage covered with a large acrylic cover is for a sugar glider, so a sleep cover is not needed and it is not covered with fabric.

We have a total of 11 birds, so it's important to be able to easily put on and take off the sleep covers, so this is recommended ☆

Dark colored covers can make a room feel gloomy if you have 10 cages, but this pink color is a calm shade and won't give your room a dark image.

In our home, the living room is the parrot room. Basically, at night, we only turn on a small light near the kitchen sink and rarely turn on the living and dining room lights unless absolutely necessary. In the evening, they return to their cages and start eating dinner together. As sunset approaches, they move to their respective cage bird tents or favorite sleeping spots.
To also help with breeding suppression, we put on the sleep covers early in the evening so they can sleep.
In winter, it gets dark around 5 PM, so we put on the sleep covers. Even in summer, we put on the sleep covers by around 7 PM and do not turn on the main lights at night.

Let your parrots sleep early at night and don't let them stay up late with you ☆
