【Rare】Vintage Beauty Scissors - Custom Made - Sakai Amanoya

This is a vintage pair of scissors from over 50 years ago.

As they are over 50 years old, they originally did not have a hit point (a specific feature on some scissors) and were priced at around 45,000 yen at the time.

The blades are made of steel and nickel, and the handles appear to have been hardened to increase durability due to the poor quality of the original material.

They have been sharpened approximately 7-8 times. Because they are made of steel, there are now few sharpeners capable of sharpening them.

Due to the weight of the materials used in these vintage scissors, they are ideal for techniques that require cutting in a straight line. In hairdressing techniques, they are suited for blunt cuts (cutting with the weight of the scissors).

These scissors have been stored in a dark room at my home for a long time. I have spent 5,000 yen on sharpening and polishing them, so they are ready for immediate use.
