This is a Saint Laurent teddy jacket.
I purchased it here as new and unused, but only tried it on and never had a chance to wear it.

It's a masterpiece, but unfortunately it has been discontinued, so I believe a new and unused item is quite rare. The size is also a golden size 46.
It fit me perfectly with a slight room to spare at 173cm/60kg.
