Description
This is a hammered wok from Yamada Kogyosho, handled by Kamaasa Shoten, a long-established store specializing in cooking utensils with over 100 years of history.
Purchased at the Kamaasa Shoten main store in Kappabashi in 2021.
I bought it to try authentic Chinese cooking at home, but I ended up using it less often than I expected, and since I rarely cook Chinese food now, I am putting it up for sale.
I would be happy if it could be passed on to someone who will cherish it.
It has been used about 5 times, and there are no noticeable stains or scratches.
For this listing, I have cleaned and seasoned it with oil, and will pack it carefully with bubble wrap for shipping.
