Staub La Cocotte de GOHAN M Size 16cm Gray

Delicious Japanese rice, cooked to perfection beyond a traditional donabe.

Introducing the La Cocotte de GOHAN, developed by focusing on the traditional hagama (a traditional Japanese rice cooking pot) to bring out the full flavor of Japanese rice.
Each grain is heated evenly, resulting in fluffy rice with a sweet taste that penetrates to the core.
For those who are particular about white rice, experience the luxury of the finest rice with Staub.

Staub Features:
① Aroma Rain System: The bumps (pips) on the underside of the lid collect steam and rain it down on the ingredients as flavorful moisture. Excellent heat retention and heat preservation: Made of thick cast iron, heat is distributed evenly, allowing for residual heat cooking even after the heat is turned off. Black Matte Enamel Coating: The rough interior of the pot allows oil to penetrate well, preventing sticking and enabling fragrant searing.

② Delicious beyond just rice!
With extremely high airtightness and excellent heat conductivity and retention, dishes like waterless curry and nikujaga (stewed meat and potatoes) are finished with a deep richness and sweetness comparable to restaurant quality.
