STAR SHINE 3: Soft Fit: Achieves a soft fit by using a more flexible upper material, approximately 0.3mm thinner than conventional models. Reduced slippage: By increasing the number of lace loops to two, the tongue is fixed, reducing slippage during play. Lightweight: Uses our proprietary SOLYTE Polymer resin for the outsole, achieving approximately 20g lighter weight compared to previous models.

■ Brand Introduction ■

ASICS was founded in Kobe in 1949 by the late Mr. Kihachiro Onitsuka with the wish to foster healthy youth through sports.
The name comes from the initials of the famous quote by the 6th-century Roman satirist Juvenal, Anima Sana In Corpore Sano (A Sound Mind in a Sound Body).
The company established the Sports Engineering Research Laboratory in Japan and continues to produce functional, high-quality products that are recognized worldwide, earning the trust of many people both domestically and internationally.

I bought these to accompany my child, but after using them a few times, they were no longer needed.
They have been washed, but some sand remains in the grooves that could not be removed.
