This is a 2025 Euro banknote commemorating 425 years of Japan-Netherlands exchange, available only to visitors of the Netherlands Pavilion.
It cannot be used as actual currency.
As shown in the second image, there is a slight adhesive mark on the backing paper where it was attached, but this is a standard feature of all items.
Ideal for souvenirs or collections.
