◇Description◇
The Hachihon Choshi (8-hole key) is the easiest and most fundamental key for the Shinobue flute.
It is characterized by its easy-to-produce sound and bright, light tone.

◇About the Makers◇
We sell handmade Shinobue flutes crafted by a father and daughter. The father has been a Shinobue instructor and flute maker in Shimane Prefecture for approximately 25 years. We craft Shinobue and Kagurabue flutes from female bamboo (shinodake) harvested along the Shizuma River (formerly Ginzan River), dried for over 3 years.

◇Tuning◇
The flute is tuned to the Western scale (A=440Hz), allowing for ensemble playing with other instruments.
We have adjusted it so that clear notes can be produced from the low, middle, and high registers by controlling your breath strength.

◇Craftsman◇
I make these flutes together with my father, who has been a Shinobue instructor in Shimane Prefecture for about 25 years.
Each flute is handmade from female bamboo found along the Shizuma River, dried for over 3 years.

◇Shipping◇
We will ship within 1-3 days using Mercari's eco-friendly packaging.

Includes: Easy-to-understand beginner's guide (A4, 1 page)

Additionally, the ease of producing sound can vary depending on the individual product and the player's skill.
* These are handmade items. We offer them at an affordable price with the desire for many people to experience the Shinobue flute. We ask for your understanding in this regard. Please check the photos for the condition and refrain from purchasing if you are seeking perfection.
* We ship after inspection, but in the unlikely event of an initial defect, please contact us *before* confirming receipt. We will promptly arrange for an exchange.
* As natural bamboo is used, please understand that there may be scratches or marks where knots have been smoothed.
