① Although this wig is self-styled, set, and brand new and unused, it is considered a used item due to being opened and stored. Please refrain from purchasing if you are seeking a perfect condition item.

② All wigs are styled using a 56cm mannequin with a ruler. Please understand that adjustments may be necessary depending on your head size and circumstances when wearing it.

③ Please understand that there may be color differences due to display settings before purchasing.

④ We use hairspray with fragrance. Please refrain from purchasing if you have concerns or allergies.

⑤ As this is handmade, there may be visible pins or glue marks. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive or seeking a perfect condition item.

⑥ As this is a handmade item, returns are generally not accepted. However, if the wig becomes damaged due to weather or delivery, we can arrange for return shipping or re-styling and shipping. If damaged, please contact us immediately upon receipt.
However, we do not accept re-styling after use.

[How to store a set wig]
① Washing with water is highly likely to ruin the style, so do not get it wet or wash it during use.
② Set wigs are likely to lose their style if compressed, as the hairspray will stick together. Please handle them with care to avoid compression as much as possible.
③ Hair spray may melt at high temperatures, so store in a cool, dark place.
④ For styles that we deem require a mannequin, we will ship with a mannequin. Please store it on a mannequin if possible.

Thank you for looking.
