The listing said 24cm, and I received these as a new, unused item from another seller. However, I only tried them on once, and they were too tight. I haven't used them since, as they've just been sitting by the entrance. I'm selling them to someone who can wear them.
(I've already disposed of the box.)
I tried them on while wearing foot covers, so they haven't been used with bare feet at all. However, please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive about this.
I usually wear a 23.5cm, and these felt a bit tight, possibly because they are still new.
Even with thin foot covers, they felt tight. They might stretch out since they are leather, but... I believe someone who wears a 23cm would be able to wear them comfortably.
They are cute, so I think this is a great deal for someone who can wear them!
