Each issue includes a die-cast railway vehicle model reproduced in a uniform 1/87 scale (HO size), accurately modeled based on blueprints and actual vehicle research, with the cooperation and supervision of each JR company. The models are housed in a dedicated nameplate stand and an acrylic case.

The lineup is planned to include vehicles from various eras, from the glamorous limited express trains of yesteryear to steam locomotives and Shinkansen bullet trains. Each lead car will be reproduced in a big scale of approximately 28-34 cm in length.

The body and main parts are made of die-cast, with plastic used for finer details. The structure of pantographs, bogies, driver's cabs, and passenger seats, as well as headmarks, destination signs, and model numbers, are all reproduced.

The accompanying magazine will explain basic information about the model vehicles and their operations as trains, with gravure pages and data collections.
