Vintage R.H. Forschner Co. Victorinox 109-14 carving/slicing knife, made in Switzerland. Features an extra-long approximately 14 stainless steel blade with a traditional 3-rivet wood handle. Measures approximately 19 overall. Blade is marked R.H. Forschner Co., Victorinox Extra Quality, Stainless Made in Switzerland, and 109-14. Some of the original markings are faded but remain visible. Pre-owned vintage condition with signs of extensive previous use. Blade shows scratches, sharpening marks, surface discoloration/patina and general wear. Wood handle shows age/use wear but presents well. Please review all photos closely for exact condition. A nice older Swiss-made Forschner/Victorinox professional slicing knife with an unusually long 14 blade.
