Spectrasonics Stylus RMX Packaged Version

Important: There will be no direct exchange of serial codes.
A packaged version of the dedicated USB drive containing the software will be mailed to you.

(*Regarding the inner box of the package: Some paint has been removed due to cleaning with alcohol. This does not affect the operation of the product itself.)

Due to the nature of the product, a license transfer procedure through Spectrasonics is required. Please confirm the following details before purchasing.

① Authentication and Serial Code Mechanism
• All authentication is performed through the manufacturer, Spectrasonics.

• The seller's usage rights (license) will be invalidated, and a new serial code will be issued to the buyer from Spectrasonics. The seller will not be able to know the new serial code.

② Buyer's Procedure
• Account Creation (Preparation): To authenticate the software, please create an account on the official Spectrasonics website in advance.

We will provide this via message.

• To apply for the transfer, we will need your account information (name, address, email address, username). We will need to ask for your registered details, but we will comply with Mercari's terms of service: Mercari services may only be used within the scope of Mercari services and not for any other purpose.

• We will initiate the application, but the manufacturer may contact you directly for confirmation.

③ Transaction Completion Flow and Timeline

【Flow】

 1. Seller applies for transfer to the manufacturer.

 2. After application, the seller will notify the buyer of this with an image.

 3. The manufacturer will review and process the application.

【Transaction Completion】

• The transaction will be completed when the new serial code is assigned to your account.

【Timeline Notice】

 • The review and serial code issuance typically take several days to about 1 week.

 • Due to Mercari's system, the transaction will automatically complete approximately 1 week after you receive the product. Please allow ample time for the license transfer period.
