This is an embroidery unit for the JUKI Jureve HZL-010N sewing machine. Model EM-3.
I am selling it because I recently replaced my sewing machine this month.

I confirmed its operation with the sewing machine shop when I replaced my machine.
I used it a few times after purchasing it, but it hasn't been used for several years and has been stored in a warehouse. The dedicated case has some dirt on it.
The main unit itself does not appear to have any major scratches or dirt.
