The tongue tie system prevents heel lift. Subjectively, they are incredibly fast to put on. Personally, I had pain in both ankles, so I filed them down. Thanks to that, the pain is gone. However, some people may find scratches, so I am listing them at a low price. Otherwise, they are relatively clean and do not impede performance. The box is also included. No claims, no returns, please.
