I only opened it and strummed it once, so it's practically unused since purchase.
I believe it's in beautiful, good condition as described.

Purchased new around 2017, and used after the following customizations.

・Fret adhesion and leveling
・Fretboard side and fret edge treatment
・Replaced with a bone nut, nut slot adjustment
・Replaced tuning machines with Japanese GOTOH SD91
・Replaced pots with CTS, capacitor with Russian military oil, and jack with Switch Craft
・Expanded internal routing to accommodate electronic parts
・Neck angle adjustment, neck joint hole expansion

It's been mostly stored away since around 2020. I've taken it out occasionally thinking of selling it, but then changed my mind. However, I've accumulated too many things, so I'd like to pass it on to someone who will use it.

I performed all customizations myself. I generally used the appropriate tools, so I don't think there are any issues, but I would appreciate it if you understand this type of guitar.

String height at the 12th fret is about 1mm-1.5mm, and the frets haven't worn down much since they were leveled.

Addendum: The strings are 10-46. They are rusty, so please replace them yourself.
