Vintage Les Bernard Brooch Pink Red Rhinestone Marcasites Dimensional Floral

Pictured is a vintage Les Bernard brooch featuring an elaborate dimensional floral wreath design densely set with multicolor rhinestones and marcasites. The brooch is constructed in multiple raised layers of sculptural petal and leaf forms, creating approximately 1/2 of depth. The gold-tone setting is accented with numerous sparkling rhinestones in shades of pink, deep ruby red, and metallic gray/silver, giving the piece wonderful contrast and texture. The open center and overlapping tiers create the appearance of a floral wreath or garland. This is an especially detailed Les Bernard design that looks considerably more impressive in person than a flat photograph can convey. Maker: Les Bernard Inc.
